Tandridge District Council (The Council) is contracting for the construction of 12 No General Needs Family (all 2B4P) and 14 No Sheltered (all 1B2P) Rented flats on the former Bronzeoak House site in Stafford Road, Caterham. Also a new carpark area to the front elevation (and associated highways works), retaining structures to the rear of the site, tree removal and replacement planting, and associated hard and soft landscaping works.
