You are invited to submit a pre-qualifying questionnaire (from this point on referred to as PQQ) for the design and build of CPI ‘s proposed healthcare futures tender as set out in the documentation found on https://ne1procurementservices.com/ CPI has secured in-principle funding, subject to full business case approval, from the Local Growth Fund to establish a Healthcare Futures Centre (HFC) incorporating laboratories providing space for both SME incubation and CPI’s process development activities. It is anticipated that the funding for the project will be confirmed in September and sign-off of the design and build contract and commencement of the project must immediately follow the sign-off of the grant funding agreement (GFA).
