TDC PC Conversion of 18 Maisonettes and 1 Meeting Room to Form Family Housing - The Greenway, Hurst Green - AWARD

Tandridge District Council is seeking to appoint a suitably experienced contractor for the conversion of 18 maisonettes and 1 communal meeting room to create 9 x 3 bed houses and 1 x 2 bed bungalow along with associated landscaping and external works. The site is located on The Greenway, Hurst Green (Oxted). A copy of the following documents are attached: o Drawings accompanying planning application and on which the consent is based; o Design and Access statement accompanying the planning application o Associated planning consent o Employers requirements and associated annexes Planning consent was granted on the 8th May 2018. This will be a single stage procurement process beginning with the issuing of the ITT provided to 4 contractors only (pre-selected using Constructionline adhering to Council procedures).
