Supply and install of pre-fabricated changing rooms

Tender description

Winterton-on-Sea Parish Council is looking to replace the existing dilapidated changing rooms at Playing Field, Somerton Road, Winterton-on-Sea, Norfolk with a pre-fabricated facility, which could possibly be converted storage containers. The facility needs a Home and an Away changing room, with showers and toilets. a referees / umpires room would be of benefit, as would toilets for spectators. The existing drainage (septic tank) at the playing field is also beyond its serviceable life and may need replacing, or a new connection to sewer. Expressions of interest and indications of what could be provided, with broad estimates of costs, are requested.
