Refurbishment of 2no. modular buildings that will provide two SEN Classrooms, Hygiene Suite, Sensory Room, SEN Meeting Room and Office at Pickhurst Academy, Pickhurst Lane, West Wickham, BR4 0HL. The works will be undertaken within the occupied Junior Academy. The appointment of a successful contractor is anticipated in August 2018 with a completion date for the first phase of work by December 2018 and a completion date of the second phase of work during the February half term 2019. The works will be administered using the JCT Minor Works Building Contract 2016 (with contractors design). ONLY CONTRACTORS REGISTERED ON CONSTRUCTIONLINE NEED APPLY FOR THIS OPPORTUNITY.
