The British Council Egypt office is one of the regional hubs in Middle East North Africa (MENA) region and as such, it is one of the biggest offices of British Council (BC) in the region. The current office in Agouza, Egypt houses customer service centre. However, due to space constraint, it’s been decided to find a suitable place in Cairo Egypt, preferably near Agouza to move the current in-house Regional Contact Centre to a new place with appropriate technology, space and security that meets British Council standards. To this end, we are looking to engage with a vendor that can provide space and other requirements as listed below, to accommodate minimum 40 employees and up to 75 employees for running the Regional Contact Centre for British Council in Egypt. Or in other words, the contact centre should have a seating for 40 employees to start with and go up to 75 employees in a span of 6 months’ time within the same dedicated area.
