DIO intends to hold two Market Engagement Events. Event 1 - To be in held in Glasgow on 14th August 2019 Event 2 - to be held in Cyprus on 10th September 2019 As part of the selection stage of the competition, for each Regional Sub-Lot, bidders will be required to provide evidence of technical and professional capability by demonstrating previous experience of acting as Principal Contractor in the relevant region, in addition to demonstrating the capability to deliver the scope of the requirements within the Lot and Regional Sub-Lot(s). All contract examples used by bidders to demonstrate technical and professional capability in a Lot will be required to be examples where the bidder itself acted as Principal Contractor. If the bidder cannot provide the required contract examples, it will be excluded from the competition for the relevant Lot(s) and Regional sub-Lot(s). Bidders who fail the selection criteria for a Regional sub-Lot will be excluded from the competition for that Regional Sub-Lot. In order to provide interested parties with early visibility of how technical and professional capability will be assessed at selection stage (including at Regional Sub-Lot level), DIO has published the relevant questions and evaluation criteria on its website at: TBC Bidders should note that DIO may implement PPN 04/18 as part of the selection criteria for this competition.
