Tender description
Galway-Mayo Institute of Technology wishes to award a contract under the open procedure - for an "Office Renovation Works Project". This project involves the conversion of the existing Laundry (which was a former kitchen) into an open plan office space. The main area of work is concentrated adjacent to the service road with a cable run back to a comms room approx. 80ms away for data cables (see Appendix 1 – Site Layout). This will be a turnkey project which will be ready to move into upon completion. The main elements involved are as follows: • Demolitions and strip out • Construction of new walls / formation of window opes • Installation of new external doors & windows. • Installation of suspended ceilings. • Electrical alterations. • Mechanical alterations. • Electrical fitout (power, lighting, data) • Decoration. • Floor finishes. • Firestopping • Cleaning Contract Awarded 22.07.2019 to Cosier Homes Limited, Stripe, Furbo, Co Galway
