Tender description

The School Fruit and Vegetable Scheme is a Government funded initiative that supplies a piece of fruit or vegetable to all key stage 1 children (ages 4-7) in England each academic year. Currently over 16 600 primary schools (circa 2 300 000 children) take part in the scheme in England. This framework is to source produce suppliers who will deliver produce to nominated distribution hubs in England. Supply of apple, pear and citrus to schools. Supply of bananas to schools. Supply of carrots to schools. Supply of sugar snap peas and tomatoes to schools. Supply of Radish to Schools. Supply of raisins to schools.
