A framework agreement to provide various demolition and enabling works to support the delivery of Notting Hill Genesis' development programme. Framework purpose: The demolition and enabling works packages called off from the framework will primarily be for the purpose of delivering NHG’s development programme. From time to time the framework may also be used by other areas of NHG’s operations, e.g. to deliver any other demolition and/or site clearance works that NHG may require.The framework may also be used by the contracting authorities referred to below to deliver demolition and enabling works that they may require. Service specification: The Service Specification in the ITT provides further details of the works which Framework members may be asked to undertake under any call-off contract. Note – separate ‘simple’ framework to follow: The primary purpose of this framework is to deliver contracts for relatively complex or high value demolition works and/or enabling works. Suppliers should note, that NHG is also intending to procure a separate Demolition and Enabling Works (Simple) Framework in the near future, to deliver contracts for relatively simple or lower value demolition works and/or enabling works. Suppliers that can provide demolition and/or enabling works but cannot meet the minimum requirements for participation (see VI.3) may be interested in the ‘Simple’ framework instead.
