Award of a contract for the design and build of a New Arrivals Terminal at Stansted Airport. Award of a contract for the design and build of a New Arrivals Terminal at Stansted Airport. The scope of services includes: — progress the design developed by the principal consultant, — construction of the new arrivals terminal. The arrivals terminal is a standalone, purpose-built building which will house the arrivals operations of STAL, from the UK’s border to the point of onward travel. Its primary function will be to service arriving passengers through the UK’s border requirements, onto baggage collection, customs, and an arrivals concourse which has links to the next stage of their journey, whether by coach, car or rail. The scope includes a new pickup forecourt next to the exterior concourse.
