Tender description

The Council has a requirement to procure and appoint a suitably experienced and competent Contractor to deliver the construction for the works for this non-strategic roads package 1 and the schemes comprising carriageway resurfacing and some re-profiling, upgrade of existing drainage infrastructure, raising ironwork and upgrade of existing kerbing and footways and road markings and some traffic lights work and their sensors– but the focus is ostensibly carriageway/highway resurfacing. The designs for these schemes are being prepared by more than one design Company, together with a number of “Walk and Build" schemes (initially scoped out by the Council).
