Communal Minor Works - Measured Terms (Enviromental)

Tender description

Bristol City Council (BCC) owns approximately 27,500 dwellings and around 600 blocks of flats with a range of property types, including 1 bed bungalows, studio flats, 3 bedroom maisonettes, and 2-4 bedroom houses. Blocks range from 3 storey walk-up flats to 18 storey high rise blocks. There are 59 high rise blocks, 28 sheltered blocks and around 500 other blocks. BCC carries out works to around 1200 properties per year. The works involved are diverse and generally related to small projects including such items as fencing, tarmacking, paving, clearance work, provision of seating in communal spaces, painting and decorating etc.
