Communal Minor Works Framework - Neighbourhoods

Tender description

The council is wishing to procure a framework Communal Minor Works services to Bristol Domestic Housing stock in Bristol City Council area. The works involved are diverse and generally related to projects including such items as Fencing, Tarmacking, Paving, Clearance work, provision of seating in communal spaces, to blocks of flats and sheltered accommodation. The works are agreed at a panel of officers each year. They can be located at any Housing and Landlord services, land and properties within the city boundary which could include communal works to blocks of flats and sheltered accommodation.
