Cawfields Quarry Refurbishment of Toilet Block

Northumberland National Park Authority are currently out to tender for the Refurbishment of Cawfields Quarry Toilet Block The National Park toilet block at Cawfields is set in the site of a former quarry which is now an amenity area which includes a car park and picnic site. It is proposed to re-configure the toilet provision and provide a new Changing Places standard washroom. It is also intended to provide a new information room and an external canopy area. The scope of the works is largely internal reconfiguration of an existing structure, with the provision of an external canopy to the north elevation. It is envisaged the works will take around 3 months. The progress of the works is dependent on the successful approval of a grant bid, without which we will be unable to proceed. Suppliers that would like to take part in this tender process are invited to 'Express Interest' upon which they will be given access to the full tender documentation delivery through this e-tendering system. When the tender documents have been made available involved suppliers will receive notification via email and the tender documents can be accessed from the 'My Tenders' area of the website (https://in-tendhost.co.uk/nnpa) and selecting the 'View Details' button of this project. The deadline for submissions of the tender will be 12 noon on the 6th February 2019. Please allow sufficient time to make your return as late returns will not be permitted.
