Summary of services for fit out pre-qualification request for tender for the manufacture, provision and installation of visitor centre fit out including welcome reception, cloaks, café including kitchen servery and permanent exhibition works at Oweninny Visitor Centre comprising joinery, metalwork, kitchen equipment, specialist paint and decorative finishes, audio visual hardware and graphics. Insurances: The successful tenderer shall be required to hold for the term of the services contract the following insurances: Type of insurance indemnity limit: — employer’s liability 12 700 000 EUR, — public liability 6 500 000 EUR, — product liability 6 500 000 EUR, — professional indemnity 1 000 000 EUR.
