Tender description

Provision of 13 Home to School transport routes in the Wokingham Borough for secondary school students to operate throughout the academic year (190 days per annum). The term of the contracts is for 5 years with an option to extend for a 2 year period, the contract values provided within this form are for the initial 5 year term. Lot 1 is for transport from the Eversley area and drop off at Yateley School and return. Coach seating capacity no less than 20. Lot 2 is for transport from the Arborfield area and drop off at Oakbank School and return. Coach seating capacity no less than 23. Lot 3 is for transport from the Arborfield area and drop off at Holt School and return. Coach seating capacity no less than 53. Lot 4 is for transport from the Shinfield area and drop off at Emmbrook School and return. Coach seating capacity no less than 53. Lot 5 is for transport from the Three Mile Cross area and drop off at Emmbrook School and return. Coach seating capacity no less than 53. Lot 6 is for transport from the Finchampstead area and drop off at Forest School and return. Coach seating capacity no less than 53. Lot 7 is for transport from the Swallowfield area and drop off at Forest School and return. Coach seating capacity no less than 53.
