Tenders are being invited from a suitably experienced contractor to assist the Council with a design and build project for a Water and Leisure Complex located on Great Yarmouth’s ‘Golden Mile’.The project is located on Marine Parade, Great Yarmouth NR30 2ER. The new facility is to be opened in 2021. The works will include a staged tender process: A. Qualification selection process; B. Stage 1 incl PCSA offer; C. Stage 2 Tender. Important note: There is an invitation to attend an 'open day' for tenderers on 6.8.2019. This procurement is being undertaken through the ProContract portal and all queries and responses must be made through this facility.
