Supply of Floor Plates for 29000 Fleet

Iarnród Éireann (IÉ) is seeking to enter into a long term supply agreement with a specialist company[s] who can supply a plywood floor sheet which is required for the repair of interior floor structures on IÉ’s rolling stock. The floor sheet will be fixed to the vehicle structure with self-tapping screws and overlaid with a synthetic rubber safety floor covering that will be bonded to the floor sheet. The structural properties, fire performance and sound insulation characteristics of the floor sheet must be suitable for its intended purpose, as described above, and the edges of the sheet must be sealed to protect against moisture absorption. The supply agreement will cover the supply and delivery of approximately 50no. plywood floor sheets per annum on a call off basis to IÉ’s Central Stores in Inchicore,
