Scottish Water — Provision of Buildings Maintenance Framework Agreement

Tender description

To establish a Framework Agreement for provision of buildings maintenance. It will be on Scottish Water Sites throughout Scottish mainland. Lot 1: Scottish Water are seeking to establish a Framework Agreement with a number of suppliers for the provision of the following property maintenance services at Scottish Water sites: — plumbing, — joinery, — electrical, — roof repairing, — general building repairs. Scottish Water has delineated 9 geographical areas – note that the Western and Northern Isles are not included. Bidders may offer to provide services in one or more of these geographical areas. Scottish Water will rank bidders for each service within each geographical area. It will invite a sufficient number of bidders to ensure full coverage across Scotland. Bidders may be invited to tender for only some of the services or some of the areas that they have expressed interest in. Placement on this Framework Agreement does not provide a guarantee or estimate of expenditure.
