Refurbishment of Student Accommodation 2019 - 2022 - AWARD

Tender description

Tenders are invited from interested parties for the refurbishment of existing student accommodation blocks at Keele University. The Contract covers all of the works and services required to facilitate and deliver the refurbishment during the period June 2019 to September 2022 as detailed in the Tender Specification in Section 2 of the ITT. The estimated total value of the Contract for the Refurbishment of Student Accommodation covering the period June 2019 to September 2022 is £3.75 million excluding VAT. It is essential that Tenderers visit the University campus prior to submitting their tender submission. An 'open day' will take place on Tuesday 7th August 2018 where tenderers will be escorted collectively to view each of the accommodation blocks. Tenderers are requested to confirm their attendance at the open day by emailing p.birks@pooledick.co.uk who will then provide joining instructions.
