Tender description
The works include cleaning of metal fences & gates, clean out all gutters, GRP facias & soffits, bay windows and clean / power wash GRP canopies. Paint wooden facias & soffits, timber fencing & gates, window sills, lintels, door steps and external store doors. Properties on High Street & Crown Road have metal handrails leading to the entrances which will need painting. Plus anything else previously painted.
