Tender description

The project consist of repair works to existing roof finishes, including remedial works to windows in various locations; including works to walls and ceiling of office M14; new radiators to stairwell adjacent to Classroom M47; lime plaster works and replace with new to room G7; form access hatch and sump outlet to roof area; as indicated on Architects Drawings to Limerick College of further education, Mulgrave street, Limerick. (Note: The completed suitabilty assessment questionnaire and supporting documentation issued under separate seal by the tenderers will be assessed on a pass fail basis prior to opening the tender submissions. Any tenderer who fails the suitability assessment will not have their tender submissions opened. This contract was awarded to M Williams Associates (Consultant) & PBC Builders Ltd (Contractor)
