Phase 2 of a residential construction project at Hopes Auction Mart, Wigton, Cumbria. This is a mixed tenure development of 62 units including properties for rent, S/O and outright sale. Home Group is seeking an experienced and qualified residential construction contractor for this flagship housing development in Cumbria. It will consist of the design, erection and completion of development of 62 No dwellings along with associated external works, plot drainage and mains services including works to the existing highway, footpath and drainage. The successful bidder will combine both residential construction skills and experience of building for affordable rent and for outright sales at scale within this region or similar.
