Car park building construction work

Tender description

Project entails: 1) Laying of Type A granular material over the entire carpark site to levels shown on drawing 19-096-DWG-01. 1 layer of geogrid TX160 at base and 1 layer of Geogrid TX150 300 mm above base; 2) Installation of kerbing around the exterior of the carpark; 3) Installation of a drainage network (drainage channel, manhole, petrol interceptor); 4) Laying of a 125 mm base layer over the carpark; 5) Laying of a 60 mm wearing course over the carpark; 6) Installation of public lighting; 7) Installing line markings for parking spaces, islands and drop off zones; 8) Leveling, raking and seeding green areas.
