Burren Outdoor Education Centre Upgrade & Refurbishment Works – Phase 2

Tender description

Upgrade and alteration works, replacement of existing windows and doors. As this is the second phase of the works it is imperative that the windows and doors installed as part of this project, the Phase 2 works, tie in with the phase 1 windows and doors. The window system proposed must meet the following minimum criteria: a) Equivalent performance specification to the AMS system installed as part of the Phase 1 works. b) Colours to match the grey and green colour references of the Phase 1 works. c) Routed joint detail to metal spandrel panels to match the Phase 1 installation. Works will involve the demolitions, alteration, replacement of existing external windows and doors and making good finishes to accommodate the new works. The works will be carried out within the Existing Building and will involve working out of hours to complete the project within the proposed project completion deadline.
