Tender description

The works mainly consist of but are not limited to the complete replacement of existing windows, external doors and screens on the external environment of the building both at ground floor level and seven clerestorey windows on the existing roof level. The complete replacement of the existing windows will include the removal of and taking down and disposal of existing windows, doors and screens including taking away of existing internal plastered reveals and the making good to same and associated re-decorating as required.
