SPS 2159 - INVICTA PRIMARY SCHOOL PHASE 2 REFURBISHMENT

Tender description

The Royal Borough of Greenwich (RBG) is seeking to procure a construction contractor for Phase 2 works including refurbishment and remodelling of existing disused classrooms, administration and office areas etc. The client is the Royal Borough of Greenwich (RBG) and the end user is Invicta Primary School, Benbow Street London. The key elements of work are required to be completed by late August 2019 for the new academic intake in September 2019; with early Sectional Completion of the two year 4 classrooms in mid-July, to allow orientation for the pupils before the Summer holidays RIBA Stage 3 design will be completed by the Client's design team who will take over the TA role on the client side. The successful contractor is required to provide Design and Construction services to take forward the project from RIBA Stage 3 to Stage 6 (including delivering planning obligations)
