SPS 2079 - NATHAN WAY CONTRACT

Tender description

The Royal Borough of Greenwich is looking to procure a main contractor to take part in a single stage tender action through the London Construction Programme (LCP) Framework using a JCT Standard Form of Building Contract Without Quantities (2016) with Client specific amendments. The main scope of works will include 22 light industrial new build units to a shell & core specification. The works will comprise of piled foundations, ground bearing concrete slabs, composite cladding to external walls and roofs and up and over main vehicle entrance doors. The installation of basic mechanical and electrical services will be required as well as connections to mains cold water services. Associated external works will involve drainage, water attenuation, hard landscaping, street furniture and infrastructure (water, electric and telecommunications). Prior works to the site have included isolation and capping off services at the site boundary, removal of existing slabs/foundations and clearance of hard standing and vegetation.
