Tender description

This procurement is to establish a framework of contractors to undertake a range of discovery, design, development and support services for Yorkshire and Humber (Y&H) health, local authority and ‘blue-light’ organisations. The requirements under the framework consist of: — business analysis/discovery to produce recommendations for change (organisational, people, process and/or technical), — product design, development and testing, — delivery and ongoing support of the Product, or hand-over with knowledge transfer and appropriate documentation to Y&H organisations to support. These services could be required as part of a full development lifecycle or may form discrete pieces of work (for example in the case of business analysis/discovery or design). The services may be required as part of a joint customer and contractor team. This lot comprises the full systems development and support lifecycle. This lot relates to business analysis/ Discovery and recommendations for change with the option of non-technical design and implementing predominantly non-technical change.
