Tender description

The Framework Agreement is for the provision of a wide range of construction related property maintenance services focused on planned preventive maintenance, reactive maintenance and micro construction works as set out below: — planned preventative maintenance will cover the regular routine inspection, testing and servicing of plant and equipment, — reactive maintenance will include unplanned repairs to buildings, plant and equipment including the provision of a 365 day/24 hour emergency service covering: —— building, —— mechanical, —— electrical, and —— all plant and equipment including catering/kitchen equipment, — micro works will include all aspects of the delivery of micro construction projects, not normally exceeding 30 000 GBP, including alterations to room layouts, replacement installations, planned repairs, higher value remedial repairs/replacements, etc. covering: —— building, —— mechanical, —— electrical, and —— painting.
