Tender description
Crown Commercial Service (CCS) as the Authority intends to put in place a Pan Government Collaborative Agreement for the provision of [Estate Management Services] to be utilised by Central Government Departments and all other UK Public Sector Bodies, including Local Authorities, Health, Police, Fire and Rescue, Education and Devolved Administrations. It is intended that this commercial agreement will be the recommended vehicle for all in scope requirements of UK Central Government to be used in the UK and Internationally. The lotting structure of this framework will be determined as a result of the engagement process, and will be confirmed within the Contract Notice, as will the estimated value of the agreement. The strategy and underpinning lotting structure of this framework will be determined as a result of the market engagement process. Our initial position, subject to engagement is the following, the framework will deliver services in the following sub categories: — property estate management, — agency and brokerage, — surveying and strategic advice, — valuation, — business rating services, — third party supplier management, — vertical real estate services, — integrated workplace management services, — smart working solutions, — FM services — financial risk transfer models. The aim of the commercial vehicle is to ensure and assure the central government and the wider public sector are able to define and deliver strategy, standards and savings for its diverse property portfolio.
