• Five separate enclosures to be constructed to the underside of the external walkway (to enable residents some access while the works are carried out), I have assumed that the properties have rear access, is this correct, could you confirm please? • Removal & disposal of timber ceiling panels, MMMF insulation & any other contaminated items within the void. • Drilling of holes & cleaning of contaminated timbers. • Encapsulation of remaining asbestos insulation board fascia panel. • Environmental clean of remaining ceiling void. • Background / personal monitoring as removal commences & four stage monitoring upon completion. • Installation of ply board to underside of soffit (including cover strips & bracing where required) the plyboard is 12mm & has a 1-hour fire rating. • Intumescent mastic applied to all joints (where required). • Full decoration upon completion of works (color to be discussed).
