Tender description

1. To wire brush and scrape the walls of the boiler room to remove the residual asbestos insulation that has been located above the paint surface. To encapsulate walls where appropriate. 2. To wrap and cut out the redundant and contaminated pipes as indentified and drained by Tencer Ltd. 3. To remove the paint completely in 3 small areas to allow the new flue pipes to pass through the boiler room wall. Locations to be identified by Tencer Ltd. 4. To generally vacuum, decontaminate and prepare for air testing.
