Tender description
Comprises work elements, which includes, but are not limited to, the renewal of fencing, replacement of concrete paths, drainage, manufacture and installation of metal fencing, tarmac works, brickwork, general groundworks, together with other related work elements. Wrexham County Borough Council is committed to achieving the Welsh Housing Quality Standard (WHQS). This project consists of the External works element of the WHQS to enable Wrexham County Borough Council to meet and exceed the WHQS standard. Lot 1 comprises work elements, which includes, but are not limited to, the renewal of fencing, replacement of concrete paths, drainage, manufacture and installation of metal fencing, tarmac works, brickwork, general groundworks, together with other related work elements. Wrexham County Borough Council is committed to achieving the Welsh Housing Quality Standard (WHQS). This project consists of the External works element of the WHQS to enable Wrexham County Borough Council to meet and exceed the WHQS standard. Lot 2 comprises work elements linked to the repair and renewal of garden boundaries, particularly retaining walls.
