Tender description

Belfast City Council intends to undertake a competitive tendering process for the formation of a single supplier framework to deliver the construction of capital works associated with the PEACE IV project. Works will include cycle/pathways, lighting, street furniture, soft and hard landscaping, signage, minor repair works, road crossings, new access ways and fencing across a widely dispersed area in North and West Belfast. It is intended that a single-supplier Framework Agreement will be awarded pursuant to a 2 stage tender competition. The Framework Agreement will establish the terms governing work package orders to be issued during the term of the Framework Agreement. It is estimated that the Framework Agreement will be established for a term of two (2) years with the options to extend. Belfast City Council (BCC) intends to undertake a competitive 2 stage tendering process using the PQQ and ITT procedures, the objective of which is to establish a single-supplier Framework Agreement for the provision of construction works.
