The Authority has conducted a procurement to set up 2 frameworks, Lot 1 will provide adaptations to the homes of vulnerable people and Lot 2 provides a handyperson and repairs service. Lot 1: Adaptations The Authority wishes to appoint up to 20 contractors on to this framework to provide adaptations work to vulnerable residents, within various housing sites. Lot 2: Handyperson and repairs service The Authority wishes to appoint up to 4 contractors to provide the handyperson service and carry out repairs to existing adaptations work within various housing sites.
