Tender description
CORSERV on behalf of Cornwall Housing Ltd wishes to appoint a Contractor to undertake a JCT Minor Works Contract for the removal and disposal of existing heating systems, and to supply and fix new, fully controllable and energy efficient air source heating and hot water systems. The new systems will be designed by the Contractor to achieve the design temperatures outlined in the contract documentation along with other Employer requirements and restraints. A total of 30 properties are included in this project, located in Cornwall. In addition to the Contractor designed heating and hot water system, electric focal point fires and fire detection systems will be supplied and fixed to each property. The heat output of the fires shall not be included in achieving the design temperatures. Contract completion will be by the end of December 2019. Keywords: heating, installation, air source
