Lot 1 - Reactive The 4 bidders with the highest combined score of price, quality and social value on lot 1 will be awarded a place on the framework. The requirement will be to; • assess the property, sample, air test & clean during normal working hours. • assess the property, sample, air test, process persons though decontamination unit, clean & air test, during normal working hours. Call-off from the framework will be awarded to providers via direct award to the highest in ranked provider. Lot 2 - Quoted works (Based on Asbestos Surveys) The requirement will be to submit a written quotation, to remove positive items, identified from an asbestos testing report, issued by our surveying contractor on behalf of BCC. (An example of these reports can be seen in Appendix 4). If awarded the works, carry out all works contained within the quote. Bidders must be able to deliver works for both lots and bid for both Lots accordingly.
