Bromford Housing Group Ltd, (Parent of the Group) as a central purchasing body on behalf of itself and any of its current or future entities and subsidiaries (together “Bromford”) wishes to invite interested organisations (“Potential Suppliers”) to participate in a procurement process to award a Framework Agreement with associated call-offs for the reliable supply of valuation services. Bromford Housing Group Ltd (trading as “Bromford”) is a non-charitable, non-profit FCA Registered Society (No 29996R) incorporated under the cooperative and Community Benefit Societies Act 2014, (Regulator of Social Housing number: L4449-RP); and whose registered office is at One Exchange Court, Brabourne Avenue, Wolverhampton Business Park, Wolverhampton WV10 6AU. Operational Valuations for the Northern Bromford geography as outlined in the specification. Operational valuations for the Southern Bromford geography as outlined in the specification.
