Home Group Limited (HGL) wish to procure a Contract for the provision of various repairs & maintenance works & services including the following: • Responsive repairs • void works • service & heating repairs • planned maintenance This list is not exhaustive & Home Group reserves the right to appoint further works & services of a similar nature to the above works & services at its discretion during the Contract term. The Contract will be for an initial period of 7yrs with an option to extend for a further period of 7yrs at Home Group’s discretion. It is envisaged that the Contract will initially cover approximately 5,500 properties in Central North Region, which covers North Yorkshire, West Yorkshire, East Riding of Yorkshire, South Yorkshire and parts of North Lincolnshire and Greater Manchester.
