Tender description

The work comprises the demolition of 29no dwellings situated off Hawthorn Avenue, Hull. Dwellings are in blocks and are of a traditional brick build. It is assumed the properties are built on strip foundations, demolition is to include both the superstructure and sub structure down to a depth of 1 metre and include all pipework and drainage within the perimeter of the site. Post demolition the site will be backfilled with clean imported sub-soil to ground level. The existing boundary walls to the perimeter of 35 Stirling Street shall be re-built and newly exposed gable brickwork shall be repaired to ensure integrity is maintained. The existing lean to extension to the rear of 35 Stirling Street is to be demolished as part of the works and will include removal of structure and foundations. Keywords: Demolition, Construction
