Tender description

Construction of 58 dwellings in 2 and 3 storey buildings, comprising semi-detached, terraced, duplex and apartment type units, and all associated site development works. The works consist of the construction of 58 social housing dwellings, comprising semi-detached, terraced, duplex, and apartment type units. The site works will include the complete provision of infrastructural services, roads, footpaths, landscaping, etc. to service the site which is currently a green field site.
