Tender description

A brief summary of the works is set out below: (a) Contractor design cladding and purling system to elevations and roof including all interfaces to the company design; (b) demolition and site clearance of the existing overhead cranes; (c) demolition and site clearance of defined existing structural steel elements; (d) sub surface drainage work; (e) concrete perimeter retaining walls; (f) pedestrian and large aperture doorways. The Contracting Entity wishes to modify in part the Steel Export Terminal (SET) sited towards the riverward end of number one quay at Teesport to create a covered bulk product storage facility.
