Alliance Homes is a registered provider operating in North Somerset and the surrounding areas and has previously let a Framework Agreement on behalf of itself and others as defined in the original Contract Notice (2014/S 132-236579). This framework is comprised of 4 lots as follows: Lot 1: garage management and maintenance: South; Lot 2: garage management and maintenance: North; Lot 3: commercial units management and maintenance: South; Lot 4: commercial units management and maintenance: North. The services to be provided are associated with the management and maintenance of garage portfolios, commercial property units and other small-scale or infill sites. Such services may also include project management of re-development opportunities. This Framework Agreement covers the South of England and of Wales and will be for the garage maintenance and management services.
