Berneslai Homes are inviting companies to tender to carry out and complete Plastering and Tiling works to council properties within the Barnsley Borough . This is a Non OJEU Framework opportunity as defined in the Public Contract Regulations 2015. The framework is divided into lots :- Lot 1 Plastering Lot 2 Tiling The opportunity includes the supply of all labour, plant and materials to carry out to council dwellings. The works may be in connection with any of the following: As part of adaptation works, scheme works, programmed repairs, planned replacements and day to day works. It is envisaged that between 1 and 5 organisations will be included on the framework from which works will be called off as and when required. This tender opportunity is tendered electronically through the YORtender portal. Applicants must register their company at https://www.yortender.co.uk.
