Tender description

The London Legacy Development Corporation (LLDC) is issuing this Prior Information Notice in order to invite mechanical, electrical and public health Contractors to an industry day to present the new Stratford Waterfront Cultural and Education Development which comprises: — Sadler's Wells Theatre, — BBC Concert Studios, — London College of Fashion (University of the Arts London) and — The Victoria and Albert Museum (V&A) (including the Smithsonian). The LLDC will be delivering the project using a construction management approach. The contract opportunities for mechanical, electrical and public health are: 1) V&A, approximate contract value of 8 000 000 GBP; 2) University of the Arts London (London College of Fashion), approximate contract value of 32 000 000 GBP; 3) BBC Concert Studios and Sadler's Wells, approximate contract value of 18 000 000 GBP. The Contracting Authority will host an industry day on 6.2.2018 to present the project, MEP contract opportunities followed by a Q&A’s; Organisations wishing to attend should register before 25.1.2019 by emailing procurement@londonlegacy.co.uk A formal invitation will then be issued to attend the day, this will include time and location details of the event. Upon registering, you will be requested to provide the following: — attendee details, — organisation details, — acceptance of an NDA (Non Disclosure Agreement).
