Tender description

This is not a tender exercise by the Education Authority. The Education Authority (EA) is currently preparing to initiate a procurement process to award a contract or number of contracts for the provision of maintenance and minor works across its entire estate. The potential scale and scope of this is such that it offers a significant opportunity to bidders. Prior to initiating the procurement, the EA wishes to establish the level of market interest in participating in the procurement process. The main purpose of the market consultation exercise is to gain an awareness from suppliers of the views that exist in relation to key aspects of the procurement and delivery of maintenance and minor works. The Education Authority wish to establish a framework agreements for the supply and delivery of maintenance and minor works to schools/locations within the Education Authority.
