Consultancy in relation to TfL’s portfolio of residential property assets. Consultancy and Valuation advice in relation to TfL’s portfolio of property assets. Debt and structured financing consultancy advice in relation to TfL’s portfolio of property assets. Services including valuing standing businesses and negotiation of such in compensation claims, including expert submissions as required. Provision of services including Compulsory Purchase and Land Ownership investigation. Services including strategic advice and on-going assistance in managing land acquisition. Services including the provision of technical and professional advice and support to a large estate of varied buildings. Services including cost consultancy advice in relation to the development of TfL’s portfolio of property assets. Services including Development Management advisory in relation to the development of TfL’s portfolio of property assets. Services including Project Management services in relation to the development of TfL’s portfolio of property assets.
