Tender description

A building contract for the design and construction of approximately 447 residential units at land to the east of David Whitby Road, Basford East, Crewe. The works to be carried out under the building contract will comprise of the design and construction of approximately 447 residential units at land to the east of David Whitby Road, Basford East, Crewe, including all associated infrastructure, highways, pedestrian highways, public open spaces and play areas. The contractor will be responsible for the site in its entirety upon entering into the building contract, with phased handovers of units as agreed between the parties. The scope of works to be performed under the building contract will include any and all works in relation to ecology, land remediation, sectional agreements and design issues arising.
